DENVER (CBS4) – Federal, state and local law agencies are searching several medical marijuana businesses as part of an operation.
One raid took place at VIP Cannabis near Federal and Alameda in Denver and another took place in Boulder. In the Boulder bust, police broke windows of the front of the shop.
The DEA and IRS are also involved in the investigation, but so far the Justice Department is not discussing the investigation.
